High season is June to beginning of October, Christmas market, New Year's Eve
The room rate includes:

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept pets.
Your room will be available from 2 PM on the day of arrival.
The reception is staffed until 6 PM. For later arrivals, we will leave the keys in the depot at the entrance by arrangement (code required).
On the day of departure you can use the room until 10.30 AM.
And should something come up, here are the cancellation conditions: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival in low season and up to 10 days before arrival in high season.
Late cancellations, changes and no-shows will be charged the total amount.
